Our Classes

We offer a variety of classes to suit your fitness goals. Our classes include reformer pilates, barre, and mat pilates as well as a hybrid combination class with matwork and reformer to combine the best of both worlds.. Our trainers are highly experienced and will ensure that you get the most out of every class. Check out our schedule to find a class that suits you.

Reformer Fresh

Perfect for the Beginner Pilates go-er. Start your Pilates Journey with a reformer fresh, or if you are experienced in the Pilates world enjoy a cass focusing on the basic principles to refresh your memory.

Reformer Classic

An intermediate class for all Pilates clients. This offers, strength, balance and as always a spicy challenge.

Reformer Burn

Perfect for pushing yourself and that deep burn we all love to the next level. This class is a little more intense than our classic and we would recommend trying our Fresh & classic before jumping into one of these.

Reformer Bounce

Come jump around around with us, using the Reformer and the jump board. A high intensity, low impact workout.

Sculpt Barre

A Barre inspired class. Our own Sculpt take on a true Barre classic. This class is a offers a higher instensity for those looking to add a little more cardio vascular movement into their weekly schedule whilst working on strength & mobility. Props will be included, burn is inevitable!

Matwork Classic

An intermediate class for all Pilates clients. This offers, strength, balance and as always a spicy challenge. Matwork was designed to be the progression from reformer and will test your control and body awareness like no other class.

Hybrid

The best of both worlds. Half on the Reformer, half on the Mat. This class combines both methods to give a well balanced class that will enabke you to work on your skills in both formats. designed for all leves.

Reformer Stretch

& Unwind

A slower paced reformer class programmed around giving the body a much needed stretch & release. Great for those working on their flexibility or just needing to take it easy for the day whilst still allowing the body to move.

Hot Matwork

A traditional matwork Pilates class performed in a room heated up to between 35-38 degrees. The heat helps to improve flexibility, promote detoxification, improved muscle tone & strength as well as boosting your cardiovascular health. It can also help with stress releif and can increase calorie burn due to the higher intensity caused from the heat.

Reformer Baby

Mums and Bubs on the Reformer. Come and work out in a comfortable space with other mums and their little ones. Time carved out just for you enabling you to build back your strength and return to movement in a controlled safe way.
